  • 2021 was an incredible year for my health & fitness

    I learned so much, and really built the right behaviours to set me up for long term success

    Looking forward to making 2022 an amazing year too!

    Speaking of New Year Resolutioners, when can we expect gyms to start getting packed with those people?

    It’s lowkey a myth unless you go to like planet fitness. I’ve never noticed a big increase in gym goers around the new year.

    Thought I had strep, but my brother is sick too and tested negative. Guessing it's COVID until the test comes back. Sucks for starting the year without any momentum Guess I'll focus on diet and stretching

    I got pretty jaded after a third lockdown three months ago and dropped lots of weight again and lost noticeable amounts of strength

    wasn't nearly as bad as the first lockdowns and somewhat managed to lose just about 10lbs. It's been three months now and I fully regained the lost 10lbs. I can rep 2 plates on bench for 3 and can squat three plates again.

    gonna enter a hypertrophy block after I finish this strength ting two months from now.

    Every time I gain some size there's always some s*** that happens after when i'm about to lean down. Next time, Idgaf what's going on, I'll lean down as much as possible. I'm satisfied with this body and I know a more visible six pack is going to be the icing on the cake.

    First time bulking and my face is getting fuller/rounder I f***ing hate it

    I also gained like 2 lbs in the last 3 days so maybe I'm bulking too fast, but how do I undo this

    Do I just slow the bulk and cut the carbs/dairy to a lower level?

    I wake up super late and just have 2 meals a day where I eat anything and everything

    Meal 1: 2 slices of toast, 3-5 eggs, protein shake 30g, fruit smoothie

    Meal 2: Usually something carb and protein heavy and then whatever else is in the cabinet, dairy, I literally just eat whatever because my metabolism is so fast, it'll be like a 2500-3000 calorie meal

    But now I see it in my face and it's like :

    Ever since I started taking this new whey powder my ass has been noticeably smellier when I work out. I got up from the row machine and a lass was waiting for me to get up so she could use it and as I rose up I could just smell the funk fill the air, no way she didn’t smell it even with the mask ok.

    I ran to the bathroom to check me pants for any brown streaks. I was so embarrassed I didn’t finish me programme.

    What should I do?

    The one thing that helped me, and I still struggle with eating enough, is I try not to snack. I'll "snack" with a mini meal.
    But I'm also a smaller guy so my needs aren't high
