Studies have shown full blown elite athletes need 300cal surplus max to gain muscle mass with minimal fat gain.
Anything over that and fat mass accumulation is nearly exponential.
DO NOT gorge yourself with 4000 calories a day meals.
Do eat responsibly.
At your height gaing 2lbs a month is the absolute most you need to do.
