1. Stairmaster for 25-35 mins will do wonders
2. Cut out junk food
3. Cut out all sugary drinks
This should do the trick

Athleanx advice is typically mediocre at best and some of it is downright dangerous and will get you hurt if u lift heavy. Like his video on squat breathing is just horrible . He’s just a step better than VSHRED who’s just 100% bullshit. If you want good YouTube training advice stick with Jeff nippard, vitruvianphysique, Jeremy ethier, alphadestiny , Greg doucette(if u can handle his voice).
There’s a handful of others but those are some pretty mainstream ones that are pretty solid.
Can’t forget Alberto Nunes and 3DMJ natty goats
I switched from weights to resistance bands calisthenics and....wow, instead of overtraining certain parts to the point of failure like before now I can feel a sense of harmony
I'm not going to abandon weights completely, I still enjoy it, but calisthenics with bands now have at least a 3/7 spot in my week
You got a resistance bands workout you do? Been thinking bout copping some and maybe some parallettes

I got the type of bands where you cuff em at your ankles so that adds pressure to the core the same way calisthenics do
my exercises are simple
rows
squats
variety of chest presses (arnold, overhead, etc)
dips
if I had the proper equipment I'd add pull-ups too but that's all for now
oh, sometimes I attach one end of the bands to an object like a door or a bed's leg for maximum resistance but that's entirely optional

How many sets/ reps you doing atm? Thanks for the help
How many sets/ reps you doing atm? Thanks for the help
11 reps / 3 sets per exercise (minimum) but it goes up and down depending on what I'm eating or how tired I am
normally I work out on an empty stomach late at night but sometimes life doesnt allow me to do things as I please
note: I try to have a high intensity interval mindset about my routine so I try to put in as many reps as possible with as less sets as possible (if that makes sense)
