    Yeah he’s already at a low body fat % so cardio would be unnecessary tbh. What would u consider over a guy with a bmi of 30 ? I started month ago just with calorie deficit and 3x week cardio. I feel like lifting might f*** up my schedule etc idk

    I just think 1-2 days of cardio is healthy. If you’re super busy and trying to gain muscle it’s ok to cut out but in general just to be well rounded you should try to do some

    Oh my precious reply was for the first part of your message, for you I would def say you’re doing the right thing. Lifting would also be great for you because more muscle mass increases metabolism but if you’re strictly trying to lose weight cardio provides the best calorie burn

    and im just trash at swimming, like i cant move my legs and arms at once like youre supposed too, so i cant do that for cardio like that

    Lifted for the first time in 4 months yesterday

    I've never had my chest murdered so hard from 20 dips and 5x5 bench at 95lbs
