I just think 1-2 days of cardio is healthy. If you’re super busy and trying to gain muscle it’s ok to cut out but in general just to be well rounded you should try to do some

Oh my precious reply was for the first part of your message, for you I would def say you’re doing the right thing. Lifting would also be great for you because more muscle mass increases metabolism but if you’re strictly trying to lose weight cardio provides the best calorie burn
