About how long did it take you guys to notice a change in your body? I've heard like 8 weeks but I need more answers

Yea something like that, tbh just keep at it and one day you’ll notice.

50 days or so if you're consistent
Weigh yourself daily immediately after waking up and average the weight throughout the week
Make sure you're eating enough, that's like 80% of the struggle 🙄😂

Diet is one of my biggest obstacles when it comes to s*** like this, my parents constantly purchase sweets and chips which I get tempted to eat at home
Got back in the gym this week. Goal is to get under 200 lbs by the end of the year, at 245 now. Got a trip to Miami in May so going to try and slim down as much as I can til then. Haven’t been back in the gym in a few months, went heavy into it last year for the first time back in a few years. Used to powerlift but got lazy and drank too much after college. Last year hit 525/325/500 on my lifts though using Sheiko.
Cannot get over the hump of 205
Need to get to 215 but i just cannot gain weight no matter how much i eat
Don’t wanna take mass gainer and lose my great figure but Christ man it’s so frustrating
this is me except i’m 160 lmfao
i get 4k+ cals multiple times per week and i’m still struggling my metabolism is f***ed

you gotta stay consistent with your diet and lift heavy weights consistently. i struggled forever with gainig weight until i realized that i only really ate 3500cal twice a week or soemthing and i wasnt trying hard in my lifts or being consistent.
the only reason i went from 150 to 180lbs was i stuck to high weight 5x5 compound exercises and a diet with 3500calories and somewhat healthy food for a full year
i started benching 70lbs and now i bench 200 1rm

it's not a bad case but it still sucks
a friend of mine sometimes dislocates his ribs and shoulders in his sleep
mines nowhere near that bad but i still have to be careful and heavy weight are pretty risky
hard not to get discouraged when u know u'll never lift heavy s*** but I still wanna get a little bigger especially in my arms so im just trying to be kind to myself and keep on pushing on my own terms u kno

Yeah, lifting weights when you have that is actually really beneficial because it can give your joints more stability

Very realistic. You’re gonna need to take your nutrition to the next level though. Huge calorie surplus
Just a short survey for y'all weightlifters out there, for my class project so if any of y'all could complete it I would really appreciate it
i know for a fact im progressing cause i do better each week but ugh i still feel really skinny
