But yeah OHP is pretty cool, I only stick to strict press, no leg drive.
Tired of having no shoulders, what do you guys recommend doing?
Like @Full_Boost said, press overhead, press overhead and more press overhead . You will NOT have small delts if u can strict press 185+ lbs over your head.

Going again today to make 8 days in a row then gonna take Friday and Saturday off
Did deadlift for 330 x 3 gonna slowly work up one rep a week as not to blow myself up.
Once I make it to 7 reps on my top set I'll add 15lbs again and repeat.
Also even with hook grip, my grip is failing a little, might have to use chalk soon

If you ain't doing it yet try and rock some farmers carry for that locomotion and grip aspect as well as some dead hangs. The hangs are blessed for shoulder health too.

if any of you guys looking for an app to track your workouts with i recommend FitNotes. I'm on Android but it's on Apple as well. Free to buy but the premium app for six bucks is well worth it for the features. You can create workout categories, create your own exercises, and track by time, reps, weight, etc.
The a***ysis feature is really top notch as well. It just instantly throws up graphs and shows which way you are trending based on like 8 different metrics for every lift you practice. Incredibly useful stuff to make sure you are hitting the right intensity of workout whether it's by weight or by volume as well as making sure you're rocking steady with some form progressive overload.

Zinc, vitamin D, obv healthy diet.
But id ask the doc what he recommends supplement wise

dont even need to eat breakfast as long as i keep going

Went to gym at 4:40am in the morning then later on at 12:20am past midnight.
There's no way I could of done front squat of
170 x 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 right after deadlift session. Muscles were fried, mind was broken and I felt sick.
Definitely would of done probably 6 maybe 5 reps topset.
