Honestly NSUNS for lower body seems unsustainable, like this is way too much f***ing work.

Literally have to split up workouts hours apart to finish the 2nd compound movement.

    For example
After 9 grueling sets of deadlifts it wants you to do 6 working sets of front squats...

Yeah naw the mental fatigue is on a different level too.

Yeah for lower days I don't even do the second compound, I just do rows or weighted pull ups for deadlift days and romanian deadlift for squat days

Ok my last two workouts I’m hit personal highs but I haven’t been sore. Is this a sign I am not working out hard enough? I have been lifting to failure and progressively overloading.

    Thanks for who ever answer.

i think i got my body back to a healthy stage. It's time to start the ol powerlifting programs again. I'm mid 20's now and i can barely lift a third of what i used to back when i was 18, but i'm gonna do it with proper form now

I’ve been working out for about 2 months now. It’s actually light exercise but I do it every day. Is it normal for my body to still be stiff in the mornings? I feel like it’s more stiff than it ordinarily was before I started working out, and I thought I would have gotten used to it by now but I haven’t.

your body at its most stiff in the morning

the fascia that covers all throughout your muscles and organs gets stiff with the rest of sleep. its why you'll notice you're most flexible at the end of the day when your body has been up and moving for a long period of time.

just means you're getting more aware of your body and its telling you to stretch a little bit

just search up some mobility drills or like some basic yoga flows, like 5-10 min of stuff and do that every day or two and go from there

Im just running for about 15 minutes a day and doing 3 sets of 3 types of curls, 12 reps each. I don’t think that’s that much only take 1 day a week off. I didn’t think I needed more than that since it’s only like 1 hour max.
