    Think I got rheumatoid arthritis, my hands hurt too much after a push day. Shoulders too. Doc appointment next week

    I remember when I could only do a max OHP of 115lbs in October.

    Now I can do 135 for 3 reps. 115 feels light now lol.

    Yeah it's slow progress but it's definitely noticeable.
