    2 years past and i look like a semi average joe, my body never really fets put of shape, fluffy abs and face. want to go back to getting looks on a beach but this time being less self conscious. arrogance is key, i just never wanted to be arrogant even though im genetically blessed muscle and physique wise just don't have the height lmao

    if you eat at TDEE you’d be eating at maintenance so with 1g of protein per pound of body weight and focusing on progressive overload in your lifts you could, it’d be a slow recomp so be patient but it’s possible. this video breaks it down

    from my experience the LAST place fat leaves is the belly its annoying as f***, for me it’s the last place I lose fat and the first place I gain it

    do you track your lifts? on an app, journal, notes app etc? what you want to do is possible but you gotta be strict with tracking. say you’re benching 45 lbs, you should make sure you can get to 8, then 12, then 15 (or just try to add one rep every time you bench until you hit 15) then add 2.5 pounds and restart

    I'm definitely not eating enough protein, that's a lotta protein yuh need.

    I gotta really increase that

    put on about 4kg of muscle in the last two months, very happy since I'm getting leaner on top of that. winter rn but we still being consistent even though every day isn't always the best

    Like literal strangers will get offended at the fact you choose not to socialize with people in a gym setting
