    Had a scrawny dude stare me down when he was walking with his girl at the mall one time. I was like wtf?

    Like I just came for some boba/bubble tea

    Damn never seen these, i do something a bit similar for my mobility in the prone position. Band shoulder dislocations and face pulls have also saved my life

    frozen berry mix
    chia seeds
