    i’ve been stress eating and gaining weight like crazy
    i should’ve known i would gain some back after losing a substantial amount of weight. I really need to get back on track and take it day by day

    Happened to me early jan/march. Went HAM on uber eats and balancing 2 online jobs

    It's terrible. Now I'm reversing that damage

    30 min cardio in the beginning

    Also do u hold the handles in incline? Cause then it’s wasted. Doing cardio first for 30 id be tired for the weights tbh

    Nah i don’t hold the handles. And I’ve always done cardio at the beginning, it helps me get warmed up & focused. You prefer it at the end?

    you eat at maintenance for these or above? i’ve always been a little confused between the distinction of a refeed day, eating at maintenance and a regular cheat meal/day

    oh nah im cutting hahaha. I pretty much do a refeed once a week and carb up. Gives me more energy. Im cutting at 1860 calories and refeed is 2460 once a week(I choose friday).

    I'm currently following Kinobody's WSP program and its pretty good so far.

    I assumed you were cutting as well.

    No need for a refeed day if you're maintaining/recomp or lean bulking

    became too hard to organise times with friends tho so pretty much stopped

    i‘m currently going two times a week and as soon as my gym membership runs out i‘m going to start a membership there. They got enough equipment in the training area and i‘m doing calisthenics two times so that perfectly compliments each other.

    I don’t really mind bouldering alone that way i can focuse better on a particular problem. Do you remember what grade you were on?

    I think I was probably around v4.0, could do v3.0s easy and then could eventually figure out v5.0s - really wanna get back into it.

    That sounds ideal tbh, being able to climb and train all in the one place.

    The issue with my local gym was that it was always crazy busy when I could go (weekday evenings after work)

    Yep they’re goat. Once you feel comfortable with balancing you can progress to two dumbbells and then a barbell. I feel the carryover to the normal back squat with with the barbell variation is insane.
