If you're natty you don't need anywhere near that amount of protein, your body isn't using most of it. Cut back to like 100g max, you can still make gains eating 70-90/100g a day and that won't ruin your health.

Don’t eat any different unless you’re like below 14% bodyfat (solid abs in any lighting is a good reference). And in that case eat a slight surplus 1-300 calories extra.
Routine I would go with the program “starting strength” and stick with that for close to a year +.
Anyone in here have a mass gainer they like? I had Rule 1 for a while but started getting cold sweats after I'd drink it so I'm trying to switch it up

Like I usually get 180-200g of protein everyday and that s*** goes in and out easily

I’m currently over 50 weeks deep into a cut so I can’t really afford to lower my protein intake until I finish this prep and go back into a caloric surplus

I never said it didn’t? I said that he can cut back since that amount is impacting his health and he can still make gains. Also, someone who’s natty is going to see the amount of gains via eating high amounts of protein plateau sooner than someone in a cycle - the cycle of roids allowing them to synthesise more protein than they would be able to naturally, which is what I mentioned.

As a natty, I found myself making better gains, maintaining muscle and actually losing more inches/toning by increasing my complex/fibrous carbs. I don’t think I have ever gone above 100g of protein or else I would start to feel icky and would bet I look just as good as someone who does lol so I agree with you.
More protein doesn’t automatically equal more/better gains. The effort to “get shredded” means you’re losing most of that protein to fuel your body anyways. You need complex carbs and you need fatty/dietary fats because your body can’t make those. Protein intake has to be timed well and proportioned well with the other macronutrients to maintain maximal gains. Bro gotta do some more research
