i have some over the ears I wear at the gym and before I switched gyms I used to see hella people wearing airpods maxes. there was a whole trend on TT of people saying they were the best gym headphones along with sonys. you’ll be aight I wouldn’t overthink it

So you’re doing a 3 day full body routine? He may just be taking that approach to get your entire body used to training and get them newbie gains. Within the full body workouts, there will be compound exercises.
i use fitbit because i have a fitbit watch but you can do the same thing on myfitnesspal
just scan the barcode and use a food scale to get closer to accurate measurements
