    Bought an airbike and have been doing 30mins each day of LISS

    And throwing in a tabata interval workout after lifting at night.

    if it's a really heavy lift for you then yeah. soreness can last days. You not feeling it in the wrong places are you?

    sounds normal but you would want to feel it a lil more in your traps than back. if you aren't hitching, you could try getting a belt if you don't have one already

    Found out I’ve been lifting wrong. Been doing 15 rep sets lmao

    Was told heavier weight and less reps is better for both strength gains and fat loss. Feel like a dunce!
