I feel u lol. Doesnt look bad cause I have pretty broad shoulders / big chest-area though but def dont wanna go below 145 lbs. I feel good losing all the belly fat fully for once though

Any of you have experience lifting while not sleeping too well? Been struggling with my sleep lately, concerned how it might affect my gains. Laying in bed unable to sleep type of s***. Probably get an average of 5-6 hours a night. Training 3 days a week and eating 1g a protein per bodyweight, on a caloric surplus.

Try some melatonin and see if that helps.
