Any of you have experience lifting while not sleeping too well? Been struggling with my sleep lately, concerned how it might affect my gains. Laying in bed unable to sleep type of s***. Probably get an average of 5-6 hours a night. Training 3 days a week and eating 1g a protein per bodyweight, on a caloric surplus.
Yes basically the past 5 years and my strength has never progressed
Try some melatonin and see if that helps.

All the ppl i know that worked to get em they had to be on SUPER restrictive diet. Like whatever diet you were on to lose weight you gotta cut even more s*** out. And Imo, that s*** aint sustainable nor worth developing a type of dysmorphia.
Most the crazy pronounced 6 packs on the internet we see is airbrushed and they hold that s*** in in.
I just wanna lose my lil gut, have a nice chest, legs, and arms.
I know my limitations, i love sweets a lil too much to go ham for the 6 pack.

yeah athletes like usain bolt and phelps burn so much calories via workout and their respective sports that it’s actually difficult for them to even get their recommended calories because they burn so much.
Athletes have room to eat more.

Trying to get back consistent and gain muscle mass. Vegan again too. Quit black and milds(crazy 2 years lol). Going to start going late nights when gym is empty so I can get it done in an hour or so. Also workout some at home

pancakes, ordered their vegan “classic pancakes” my appetite wasnt f***ed up this time
