    I’m 6 foot 3 and 81kg is that bad?

    I get so tired whenever I workout or do sports. I’m so unfit

    Nah just bodyweight

    I was doing this

    30 seconds/30 sec rest type s***.

    Powered through but boy s*** got UGLY after the 3rd set of push ups.

    Also i havent done dips in like….a long time. I gotta work back into those.

    finally went back to the gym today

    last time i went was like end of may/beginning of june?

    and i feel better physically and mentally than i have the past 2-3 months s***s actually crazy

    Went to the gym after 10 days and I feel weak as s***, guess cause i wasnt eating right either while healing from my wisdom tooth

    Dont think so but def work on your cardio. You shouldnt get tired that easily

    If I am trying to stay vegan and am like 150-160 max. I am getting back into cooking do you recommend the weight gainers I can add to my shake. Want to gain more weight and be sure I am getting daily calorie intake @op

    Eating is a necessity for recovery. Proper nutrition = maximum recovery. Eat before, during, and after training for the most recovery benefits and your body will thank you

    John Meadows RIP and all the professional bodybuilders he trained. Food timing matters for maximal recovery, this is the next step in fitness not just hitting your calorie m/macro goals

    Personally dont use weightgainers but u can def use em or make them yourself with some calorie dense ingredients if you wanna reach your calories easier
