And in all fairness, my dinner is hella light (veggies, tofu, and nasoya/gluten free pasta) compared to the cereal.

WSOTD:

Took it easy today with the arms cause
1. Getting to the gym an hour later than usual means my usual dumbbells were GONE so ended up maxing for 3 sets. Which is cool for pride and short term vanity. Not good when you gotta workout again in the next 7 hours
2. Got pilates for the 1st time this afternoon, and after seeing one of the good gym bros here give an impromptu pilates lesson to this girl who was feeling down cause this old lady was hogging all the 20 lb dumbbells (luckily, I found some spare ones for.
) I need all the energy i can get.
Moral of the story: dont come an hour late to the gym & most gym bros arent as intimidating as they appear.

I was goin 6 days a week but lately I’ve been doing 4 or 5
When I’m sober again in October and November I’ll prob be back to 6 days tho

My first goal is to have the strength to toss thick jawnz like like it's nothing. The whole holding them up while f***ing thing too.
I'm so serious about that goal that I might shift to a more strength focused plan
