    great little weeknight meals on his channel, and he regularly drops in his journalistic bag to make great videos about all kinds of food and food related stuff, cant recommend it enough

    Chest day on a rainy morning. HUMBLING to say the least.

    bench pressing? No problem. Dumbbells? Easy. Decline push ups? Would be hard if not for the fact I work on pushups daily (i can get to 20 without breaks)

    A single f***ing chest dip?

    Just put protein in ya milk

    And in all fairness, my dinner is hella light (veggies, tofu, and nasoya/gluten free pasta) compared to the cereal.

    WSOTD:

    Took it easy today with the arms cause

    1. Getting to the gym an hour later than usual means my usual dumbbells were GONE so ended up maxing for 3 sets. Which is cool for pride and short term vanity. Not good when you gotta workout again in the next 7 hours

    2. Got pilates for the 1st time this afternoon, and after seeing one of the good gym bros here give an impromptu pilates lesson to this girl who was feeling down cause this old lady was hogging all the 20 lb dumbbells (luckily, I found some spare ones for. ) I need all the energy i can get.

    Moral of the story: dont come an hour late to the gym & most gym bros arent as intimidating as they appear.

    It’s been a minute since I’ve been up in here but I’ve been killing it over the last few months. Finally starting to see some progress in how I look and my numbers are as good as they’ve ever been strength wise 😮‍💨 Mission 30 is a full go

    How many rest days do you take? I do 3 days two body part work outs and then one day off. Is that enough? I like going to the gym cause I get so bored after work :/ but is one day sufficient or I need more

    My 2nd fitness goal is to look cool to myself.

    My first goal is to have the strength to toss thick jawnz like like it's nothing. The whole holding them up while f***ing thing too.

    I'm so serious about that goal that I might shift to a more strength focused plan
