Could be that your body doesn't fw yogurt. Could just be in your head. Could be sumn else. Keep working hard and try and fall in love with the process.

earlier this year rocked 500mg bpc157 w/ 25mg ibutamoren and that s*** had me like a black hole around any food. never felt so violently hungry I ballooned 20lbs in a month. any gains were shadowed by my enormous gut, s*** had me on edge too

I been doing DEXA scans after every bulk/cut
And this is the second time in a row, I gained more muscle on a cut than a bulk. And with a bulk I of course gain a lot of fat mass.
Like my muscle:fat gain ratio is 1:3

my strategy right now is to make my bulk even leaner than usual + more protein, see if that works better, but i really got no idea why bulking dont work for me, and cutting seems to
I use one of them calorie counter apps, but maybe it overestimates my actual protein intake (like 10g from pasta for example, is probably like low quality protein, vs. protein from meat)
