    chest day. 6 in the morning cause this week has not been good mentally lol

    4 sets (10-12 reps each tho admittedly towards the 3rd set like 2 of these I could only get to 8 cause of left shoulder strain, never workout when you're mad lol)

    barbell bench press
    dumbbell bench press
    hips off, single arm bench press
    incline barbell press

    then rest.

    wind down with any chest machines that are available (gym was infuriatingly crowded for some goddamn reason this early )

    this honestly been the hardest week so far mentally tbh, gotta push through 2 more days for that 2 month benchmark.

    get your ass in there at least 3x a week for the next 6 months

    gotta fix the discipline, before we fix the physique
