dumbbell bench press
hips off, single arm bench press
incline barbell press
then rest.
wind down with any chest machines that are available (gym was infuriatingly crowded for some goddamn reason this early )
this honestly been the hardest week so far mentally tbh, gotta push through 2 more days for that 2 month benchmark.
