think i am going to regiment friday and monday as my days off. go saturday sunday Tuesday-Thursday. albeit weekends maybe tricky after boozing sometimes, minimizing the amount of days going from work -> gym is key for me rn. been having a bit of fatigue closing in on 1 year since ive been back on my grind

this is gonna sound crazy, but have any of y’all ever like… purposely cut down on muscle mass while cutting? Maybe it’s body dysmorphia but i think im too muscular. I’m gonna get stricter on cutting down weight in general but i think i’m too big muscle wise…. i know muscle is denser than fat so i should probably focus on cutting fat then see how i feel

The only thing holding me back is food. I need to eat my calories in to get out of this body shape, but that's stepping into the kitchen more and being uncomfortably full for a few months

tracking calories is good idea, that means tho weighing everything up. Drink plenty of water that will curb your appetite a bit
