For chest I do incline dumbell press, bench, cable flies, dips, push-ups if I haven't exhausted the muscles
5 sets is a lot imo, I go for 3 or 4 depending on the exercise. But it also depends on your goals, are you going for hypertrophy, strength, something else? Imo if you can do 5 sets at x weight you'll be better off doing 4 sets at higher weight

Monday couldn't work out because of goddamn jury duty (in which I literally just sat there for 6 hours doing NOTHING)
Was really irritated that I ended up waking up late this morning.
Almost didn't go outside but grief will make you do strange things man.
I started going again in the past month I think finally got addicted to going to the gym
I already started to see some progress and I been eating pretty clean outside of the odd cheat day

Lifting heavy with free weights 5 times a week
1 cardio focused day, one rest
Upping my calorie intake to 1800-2000 from 1350-1500 on more intense lifting days
8 hours of sleep
Gonna try to hit my protein goal of goal weight everyday ( 130 - 145 grams of protein a day)
Goal: lose 1-1.5 pounds a weight & body recomp
Copping some creatine tmrw

Im so happy lol, heavy lifting is goated and I feel like its more rewarding than spamming cardio to be skinny fat one day
