My best gains on my lifts have been with Sheiko and it’s full body 4 days a week

i swear no gyms have regular pull up bars anymore
the y is the only one ive been to in the last 3 years that has them
make sure you guys get your daily steps in . Aim for 10k if possible

I use to work at walmart pushing carts so I'm kind of use to walking in cold weather(one time worked at -35 degrees)
Unless its a massive snowstorm, I just make sure I'm dressed appropriately when I walk out(russian trapper hat, hoodie, winter construction gloves, thermal pants)
I usually WFH so I walk indoors as well or I'll hit up the gym and walk on the treadmill
I try to do this everyday. Days where I don't workout , I feel sloppy throughout the day
