I use to do
Bench, Front/Back Squats, Deadlift, Military Press, Hang Cleans but since I got acid reflux in 2020, I had to change up my routine since barbell compound exercises aggravate it.
Ironically, I'm making way better gains with my current routine than this one especially in terms of aesthetics
Though I do miss Front Squats and Military Press. I was so close to hitting that 2 plate strict military press
I use to work at walmart pushing carts so I'm kind of use to walking in cold weather(one time worked at -35 degrees)
Unless its a massive snowstorm, I just make sure I'm dressed appropriately when I walk out(russian trapper hat, hoodie, winter construction gloves, thermal pants)
I usually WFH so I walk indoors as well or I'll hit up the gym and walk on the treadmill
I try to do this everyday. Days where I don't workout , I feel sloppy throughout the day

well friday/saturday we had this ex military friend come thru, he's such a good dude, in his 50s, and he joined me in some of my workouts. dude asks me 'u know what bring sally up is?'
i didnt know then, but now i do.
we did it with the middle section pushups and beginning/end as squats. rly showed me how strong my lower body is compared to my upper. almost no leg soreness the following days but my shoulders were still feeling it even yesterday
sum real growth tho cuz last year I was rockin with the knee pushups cuz I lost so much strength after my crash

Fairly strong antibiotic I've been on for a nasty upper respiratory infection.
Makes your tendons more vulnerable to high tension damage especially the Achilles. I'm not gonna run for a lil bit but did lift yesterday and feel fine so just gonna ramp up
