I strongly strongly recommend buying a massage gun
Had some elbow issues(tennis elbow) and was able to clear it up for the most part by massaging it with the gun
I bought a knockoff one from amazon and it didnt last that long so i ended up getting a theragun

Yep massage guns are awesome. So much more convenient than foam rolling.
I run it over whatever muscle group I’m working on before and after lifting for a few minutes and it always feels so good
Also feels great on my legs after running.
could be a placebo but I don’t really care.

what is tennis elbow? i think i have this. sometimes when i bench or do like overhead dumbell shoulder press, my right elbow will kinda hurt, usually only for the first set though and then it feels fine.

Does your elbow hurt when you pick up something? I got mine from weighted pullups(I was doing them 3x a week LOL)
So right now I'm switching back to unweighted pullups and will be sticking to cable rows/lat pulldowns
What really helped me were Hammer Curls and Massage gun

never when i pick something up. i'll only feel the pain when doing an exercise, usually with weight. for example i can bar bell bench just the bar as a warm up to get loose with no pain, and then for the first set of 135 lets just say, my right elbow kinda locks up in a sense, and just doesnt feel right. mix of pain and uncomfortableness, but it 99% of the time goes away with the next set and i feel fine

I was going to say it might be your form but then you say the pain goes away after the next set
Honestly, I'm not sure.
Maybe consult a physio if you can?

yea i think i may have to but i also do think you are correct. i believe my wrist contorts a bit too much, for whatever reason more on my right arm then my left, so ive been working on keeping my wrists nice and straight/locked

Could be something you should look towards resolving before it could get serious in the future
good luck man
Of course, love meat.
Herring/salmon, ground beef/pork, and chicken breast what I eat since those are super high creatine foods, herring having over double the other foods.
Haven’t used creatine in years, really any supplement tbh, and my results have been great
You could stop working them, or just work with the same weight/basic bodyweight exercises to maintain a degree of function and strength without achieving muscle growth
