do seated and/or weighted dips instead
I don’t think decline bench is pointless but i prioritize overloading regular and incline bench over it. i haven’t done decline in 2-3 years
Anyone else switched to machines and cables instead of dumbbell/barbell? I just use em for biceps nowadays but almost everything else on machines and cables works much better for me. Idc about them stability muscles or whatever them s***s are called. Just give me constant tention on the muscle im working

Yea i love the deadlift/rdl, although I’ve been deadlifting 2 days a week and I feel like it’s a little too much for my back tho so I’m trying to find some alternative lower back exercises that also hits legs to some degree

doing this work training we was practicing restraint holds. it was 2 holding 1 and dudes told him to really try and get out. mf didn't get out but at the end cuz of the way the hold was it put a lot of pressure on my chest and i heard a crack
brought sally up at the end of my workout last night with minute 1 and 3 as squats with minute 2 as pushups. think imma make this a biweekly thing its a fun challenge
