    I hit my arms enough on my compound lifts tbh. Bench, rows, pull ups, etc. Very little iso work.

    Try Sheiko. Russians know their s***, and the app is probably the best designed fitness app I've ever used, which isn't many tbh because most suck but their app is legit.

    Working out in the morning is F tier not gonna f***ing LIE

    I be stiff af, have no mind–body connection, can't lift for S***. Gotta do that s*** mid day or evening tbfh once all that fascia is broken up and my body warmer frfr.

    This girl decided to ask my ass for a spot when she was squatting. I was across the gym lol and there was two buff ass guys resting doing bench press next to her. She was definitely shooting her shot no? I didn’t get to go to the gym today at the same time so hopefully I see her Saturday or Monday so I can introduce myself. She caught me off guard with that 😩

    Anecdotally, once you use d**** regularly and then go sober for a month, when you revisit those d**** I promise ur mind gonna be blown how s***ty they make you feel sometimes

    Tbh its every night but no sugary drinks or beer just straight spirits. How bad is it gonna affect my gains consdiring I eat very clean n train almost evryday
