    elliptical or bicycle for cardio thats light on the knees forsure. or swimming if you at one of them fancy gyms. i think its good you're diversifying your training, there's a lot more to fitness and overall wellness than being big

    yeah took a while to break out of that. Trying to focus on building body weight strength (pull ups, pushups, flexibility etc.) before I bring the weights back in really

    Would recommend different angles or different methods of tricep exercises. Switch your grip since the angle of your wrist makes no difference to your tricep, only the position of your elbows.

    Try close grip bench press, cable kickbacks (low weight/high rep), and dumbbell pullovers. Also you can warmup the triceps with bands and stretches before working out

    bought a smartwatch off amazon like a $50 one off amazon

    I do plan on getting an apple watch when I upgrade next year

    Made a massive difference. Feel much healthier since getting it as in getting more cardio
