Not true. Creatine does not lead to dehydration, in fact it increases water retention by 1-3kgs. Bro just has an electrolyte imbalance.
A gallon of water a day is bro-science, that’s just the blind leading the blind and everyone believes it to be true. You’re increasing the chances of cramping, injury, or causing internal body problems you can’t see.
48-64oz is more than enough water, even with an active lifestyle (you also get a lot water from foods). My nutritionist laughed when I asked her about a gallon of water or any of these other BS ideas/diets pushed in fitness
A gallon of water can have immense adverse effects, mostly for someone like me with a heart condition.
ye exactly. it's rly not as cut and dry as anyone itt is making it out to be

“The creatine supplementation protocol was effective for increasing muscle creatine concentrations, body mass, and total body water; however, fluid distribution was not changed.” Creatine doesn’t cause dehydration
Anyone have a simple 15 min stretch routine that hits it all? Been looking online and cannot find anything that I like. Wanting to add stretching/more cardio into my routine starting this week and see how I do for 6 months
