    Not true. Creatine does not lead to dehydration, in fact it increases water retention by 1-3kgs. Bro just has an electrolyte imbalance.

    A gallon of water a day is bro-science, that’s just the blind leading the blind and everyone believes it to be true. You’re increasing the chances of cramping, injury, or causing internal body problems you can’t see.

    48-64oz is more than enough water, even with an active lifestyle (you also get a lot water from foods). My nutritionist laughed when I asked her about a gallon of water or any of these other BS ideas/diets pushed in fitness

    A gallon of water can have immense adverse effects, mostly for someone like me with a heart condition.

    idk when i was hitting the gym consistently i drank a gallon of water a day and that was cool for me

    Anyone have a simple 15 min stretch routine that hits it all? Been looking online and cannot find anything that I like. Wanting to add stretching/more cardio into my routine starting this week and see how I do for 6 months
