can you share your lift plan?
I run Sheiko, a program developed by the Russian coach Boris Sheiko. It’s a very high volume powerlifting program, but I swear it’s the most effective program out there for strength gains. The programs developed around the big 3, squats, deadlifts, and bench. I basically bench 3-4 times a week and either squat or deadlift 4 times a week. Often going 2 rounds of 1 exercise in a workout. Like I’ll do bench, squat, and then back to bench. It’s brutal and goes against a lot of what I learned in my younger days, but the results speak for themself.
The app is about $17 one time iirc and it has several bonus specialized workouts available too. I use the bench specialization because I’d rather bench twice then squat twice lol

In the app you enter your totals, and it recommends a workout type for you, and you choose from the list and it builds the plans for you.

You can customize your workouts ahead of time to specify your needs too.
The app for the Apple Watch is f***ing perfect too. Easy to log from the watch, and there’s a 90 second timer telling you when your next set starts and what weight to put on.

i basically never take a day off from 'exercise', it's just always sumn different. could be as a basic as a brisk 20min walk or a half hour of yoga, that stuff is still beneficial in its own right and contributes to ur overall wellness
