Been going crazy with gym / boxing the last 3 months and lost 2.5 stone
Feel like a completely different person but still struggling with the diet aspects and finding myself eating badly, never tried d**** or alcohol so bad food is really my vice and it’s horrible
Feels like even with the massive progress it could of been so much more if I was disciplined and mentally strong enough to put down the crap
Anyone ever done high intensity style training like Dorian Yates or Mike Mentzer? All about hitting failure rather than accumulating volume. Wanna switch thjngs up and give it a crack with a training partner it looks brutal but fun
