    Bruuh just did this yesterday and I slept like 13 hours last night.

    tried running after within the day one other time and it was like 8 hours after donating and i still got crazy nauseous and dizzy nd could barely get a mile done. got in 4 miles this time but good god was it rough lol

    do you guys only listen to "hard" music when you workout?

    I can’t listen to music at all tbh. The stimulation from that is distracting from the workout, I need to listen to people talking about something if I’m listening to something like a podcast or video essay

    Yeahhh January is just not gonna be a good month for me lmao.

    Might have to go to the gym a lil less for a second. I really wasnt prepared for how crowded this s*** gets so goddamn early in the morning cause of the “new year new me” ass niggas. like this was specifically my peace and quiet time for a REASON (I’m very particular + don’t like to feel like I’m being rushed to finish through sets) and forcing myself to go an hour earlier than when I usually go? Aint possible lol

    Got “some” free weights at home tho.

    Silver lining: my appetite’s more or less stayed the same through this, which really does hammer home the fact 80% of your results in “weight” really does come from the kitchen.
