Sprained my wrist ( i think) :(
how i had a serious wrist injury last may i was out of the gym for two months went to physio too mri an ultra sound it was tendentious/decurvensten idk how to spell it but ya be careful it happended because i wanted to do OHP with the bar but how i lifted it in the beginning was like if i was doing a cleanin jerk
I think I turnt my neck too fast during one motion, and I’ve still gotten some pain in my left trap, directly below my ear even after 2 days. It really sucks and I’m gonna have to skip my gym day tomorrow. Really hoping it’s nothing too serious.
