idk if it counts as two a days but since 9-5 f***s up my desired schedule this is what i’ve been on lately:
morning (or afternoon)
weightlifting
foam roll (if i have time)
evening
10 min ab workout
stretch
foam roll if i didn’t have time before
10k steps a day / close my rings
cardio on days i have time at the gym but regardless close my rings
hard for me some days i workout five days a week rest days on fri sun an those days i work, also i work outside i do hospitality, concierge valet, so one good thing iis that i am always walking but what bothers me is that i get these sinus/colds sometimes an it stops me from working out an when i get sick or w.e i get very agitated an stress very easily then it effects my sleep
so what i am saying is that what are some good ways to deal with stress when you guys cant workout

always stretch every day before a workout after words ad foam roll when i wake up in the morning plus before i go to bed i kinda do some lite stretches to in bed :

i recommend a 4 day split

There’s a lot of programs out there. Depends on your goals. But might be good for you to have the extra day of rest. 4 day splits always easiest to manage imo
