What about fried foods
Nah I have a hard time sticking to cutting out fried foods and bread so I don’t even bother trying anymore lol
Arms and shoulders
There’s a lot of programs out there. Depends on your goals. But might be good for you to have the extra day of rest. 4 day splits always easiest to manage imo
i usually go by how i feel on the 5th day if i am good i lift heavy if i am feeling tired i go a little lighter

Real what you listen to
is it arms + shoulders or arms + chest?
Arms both push with your biceps and pull with your triceps. Your shoulders are used for both but moreso for pushing, for example when benching or doing pushups. I do front and middle deltoid same day as tricep and chest, rear delt with back and bicep

What are you gaining from splitting it that way? Fatiguing your biceps when your triceps are already close to being fatigued from chest seems counterintuitive
Take the bicep for example. If the goal is to pump as much blood in there to get it grow, why would I not train it right after back when it’s already being used, warm and ready to go for maximum growth.
If you enjoy it tho, not knocking you. Just wondering
