I have allot of lower/mid back pain.
Does anyone know any exercises I can do to strengthen my back and relieve the pain?
Stretch hip flexors and hamstrings. Work on good mornings, deep wide leg presses, glute bridge, leg curls, and back extensions to strengthen your hips/hamstrings. Use a pull up bar and just hang or do pullups to relieve tension from lower back
