Stg. Imma stick to bodyweight exercises at home and cArdio
I jus dont want to lose my gains
Fr Fr keep it safe
Day 1: Push (shoulders typically)
Day 2: Pull (Bis)
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Rest/yoga
Day 5: Push (chest/tris)
Day 6: pull (back)
Day 7: Legs
For diet, i typically eat
Breakfast: 2 bowls of kashi wheats cereal
Lunch: 2 peanut butter/banana sandwiches on whole grain bread
Snack: protein bar/shake
Workout/post workout shake
Dinner: 2 chicken breasts, ~1.5lbs broccoli, 1 sweet potato
No snacks after or anything usually

Anytime man. Iโm always willing to write stuff up. But yeah that should be enough, you seeing any progress?
I really benefit from switching between light and heavy on push and pull. Always heavy on legs tho.
And i just highly prioritize it. If something comes up and i have to do a super late workout i still make it happen. If i have to wake up dumb early, i make it happen.
You can do it bro, just make it habitual and put it on par with work and youโll benefit
