I really benefit from switching between light and heavy on push and pull. Always heavy on legs tho.
And i just highly prioritize it. If something comes up and i have to do a super late workout i still make it happen. If i have to wake up dumb early, i make it happen.
You can do it bro, just make it habitual and put it on par with work and you’ll benefit

what about doing squats and dead lifts ? this is my concern when i think of it because i see people going to the gym though still with this virus

good luck on this how tall are you btw if you dont mind me asking im bout 5'6 and way about 180 if i were to cut i would have to drop to atleast 160 to see something though i rather be 180 -185 and lift heavy/light

But I usually do 80-85 lbs per hand. My dumbbells only go up to 90

Honestly no. Not since I bought the weights. My gym is crowded as f*** and I always get pissed when I have to wait for a bench/machine. But you can’t get as good of a workout at home so I should go more often
