Put me on to the best arm workouts with dumbbells then I don’t know what’s cookie cutter or not
Honestly you need to get into a gym and start getting bench pressing in, pull ups, rows, and other complex exercises that will get your arms involved
I rarely do iso arm work but my arms are plenty big

Remember that ur tricep is most of your arm so you should be focusing on that more than biceps. Kickbacks, holding the dumbbell high over your head and dropping it back and pressing up. Skullcrushers. triangle push-ups.

Been doing all of these except the triangle push ups, I guess I just need to stick with it and results will come

Plates go on the four tubes it’s on. You carry it on your shoulders and simply just walk across a certain distance for a rep/set. Upper back/posterior chain/core/legs. The cardio on it is crazy too

Lets hear thoughts on decline bench
they're great. I will say I prefer using dumbells.
One of my lifetime PRs for incline is to hit 315lbs for a single so I might get back to doing that on my next bulk.

i've seen strongmen use this all the time.
Seems like a badass lift. We don't have it in our gym(I go to anytime fitness LOL).

My arms seem to be developing ahead of everything else and other parts are lagging behind. Should I stop training arms completely for a time or just alter frequency/intensity? I’m trynna honour proportions so don’t want to accrue mass just for the sake of it, if that makes sense.
