D: Leg
Rest every other day in between (C is basically a rest day tbh)

Usually 3 sets with a rep range of between 8-12 for each group. I mix it up so I’m always flexible in case the gym is packed or equipment isn’t available. But I always try to pre-fatigue the larger muscle groups so my first exercise is always an isolation.
I help my uncle on his farm in my spare time so my theory is I’m getting additional stimulus from there. I can’t stop helping so I was thinking to cut back the sets maybe. Or reps even.

tbh you can easily hit your arms well enough doing chest/lats/traps if you're getting your arms involved with complex movements. I rarely do iso arm work myself.
so if you feel like you're arms are developing faster than the rest of your body, and you're getting them involved on your chest/back days, some things you could do is only do iso work for your arms every other week. or on day A one week you can do chest/delts/triceps, and chest/delts/biceps the next week. or just skip the iso work altogether.
