    You're probably using too heavy weight/doing too many reps

    Well hard to go lighter than 10lbs lol but I did less reps today and it helped

    Log your lifts.

    Next time you do the session, try to beat what you did last time.

    *Caveat: you need to keep good form. 7 good reps better than 5 bad reps + 4 cope reps

    It's basic stuff, but I don't think a lot of ppl do this

    Don't waste yo time in the gym
