Well hard to go lighter than 10lbs lol but I did less reps today and it helped
I'd probably do something different than overhead extensions if you're working at very low weights
Focus on compound movements, dips and pull-ups, pushing and pulling movements in general which use your trunk as well as arms
Hurt my sesamoid in my foot, haven't worked legs in a couple weeks, now doc wants me to get x rayed and probably have to wear a boot 🙃

The more you train legs the more they adapt and grow. Warm-ups and cooldowns are also essential to this kinda leg training. Might just have to change your splits around. I train four days a week, two of those days being dedicated to legs, and then I rest Friday-Sunday.
