    Chest tri delt today

    Dips
    Shoulder press
    Side raises
    Bench
    Decline press
    Tricep pushdown machine (don't hate its fire)

    Usually do a tricep press but elbows been bothering, might try some skullcrushers

    Hmm I see you specifically hitting certain muscles while hitting them multiple times with different workouts

    Different philosophies I focus on compound hit as many muscles as possible at once

    Compounds are probably better, definitely for functional strength. I'm really only concerned about aesthetics though

    You'll hate this but I try to make my compounds as isolated as I can too, bench can't really but dips I make really chest focused

    Nah I get it I use to do isolation, skull crushers like you mentioned, and all that it’s funnier

    hit a full sprint to get back to my apartment half a mile away ASAP

    and said “sorry i look awful i have a bad fever rn”
