    aside from dropping glycogen fat loss is a function of calories out - calories in.

    ofc cals are higher density in carb vs. protein so lower of former easier to be in deficit

    the 'dry' look from low/no carb is pretty fire but long term you will fry energy levels libido etc imo not a good way to live.

    200g protein, 250 carb, 150 fat Just eat chickpeas, tuna, salmon, yoghurt, milk, nuts and grains and raisins . Clean and basic, eat 2/3 of that for a cut.

    Hard to sustain after a certain point g but keep going until you plateau
