I prefer machines to free weights more often nowadays, especially when doing isolation work

Alright so I’m over being a skinny b**** and tryna tone up without going to the gym.
I got dumbbells at home and we have outdoor gyms over here that have shoulder press, lat pull downs leg presses leg raises etc
What’s the ideal weight to be using on dumbbells, how many reps and what foods should I be eating post workout?
Just dumb it down for me because I have no clue
Diff body parts respond better to diff rep ranges
Its more about form than weight
Control your eccentric, the part of the lift where you're descending
Focus on feeling the muscle. This is especially important on back movements
