Both I suppose
I rec
Doing pushups every hour
Start off with what's easier for u to keep doing throughout the day
Like 20 push-ups an hr.
Or less. Depends ofc on u.
If u have a pullup bar
Do both as a superset when ur at the gym or home
Do weighted jumprope too

So due to some schedule changes and the fact I’m running a lot more again, I can now only lift 4 days a week most weeks. So I’m thinking about going from PPL to a simple upper/lower split so that I can hit each body part twice more easily. Any good plans/routines for this yall would recommend to get the most out of 4 days?

Focus on compounds to hit multiple parts at once
If you have time, you can combine your push and pull days.
Or maybe take back and put it with legs and core
So you could go
Upper - chest, delts, arms
Lower - legs, back, obliques, abs
But legs and back same day is a lot, and you kinda want to keep biceps with back otherwise you're gonna be hitting them every sesh
I'd honestly just combine push and pull

Word hadn’t thought of combing push and pull despite it being the obvious option lol
Appreciate it bro
