romanian dead lifts with dumbbells or just not doing them.
traditional deadlifts are too risky with form/etc unless you’re competing, powerlifting etc you really don’t have to do them in a good program
back extensions, RDL’s etc will suffice

you may need to strengthen other areas in your training so you dont get f***ed when you do dead lifts
did 4 plat 10 lbs dead lift today followed by 40 min cardio 34 min stair master an then walking on the treadmill

The only thing you can replace 5 sets of deadlifts with is a whole session focused solely on Glutes

Numbers wise: u only gained 4.8 pounds a month, a lot of folks look to gain 1-2 pounds a week on a planned bulk so funny enough u snapped bro
