Before cardio cuz cardio depletes your energy faster
i’ve been hitting my protein goal without drinking a shake for damn near two weeks now.
with that being said, my recovery is… isn’t bad but i’ve been a lot sorer lately. i’m thinking the protein shake withdrawal and no creatine is why?

Lift first, cardio second. If you really must, light cardio to warmup but not anything intense before strength training

I dealt with this years ago and fixed it by improving my shoulder mobility.
I’d do shoulder dislocations with a thin PVC pipe & also stand with your back pressed against a wall, and lift your arms above your head keeping them pressed against the wall at the same time

just did the shoulder thing against the wall and my chest popped is that something to worry about nothing is hurting me

Chest popped? Usually you may have some clicking in your shoulders but it shouldn’t “pop” your chest

i dont have clicking in my shoulder but i did do back today so maybe my back is sore from todays workout but when i stretch sometimes my chest does pop

Probably just a flexibility issue tbh, i wouldn’t worry too much about it if it isn’t super painful
