    I’m on my running s*** atm - is it true that the best time to do strength training is directly after my running workouts? I’ve heard that you shouldn’t do them on rest or recovery days. So o run 5 days a week, on two or three of those days I’d do some strength training too?

    Doing strength training is best to do first
    Before cardio cuz cardio depletes your energy faster

    i’ve been hitting my protein goal without drinking a shake for damn near two weeks now.

    with that being said, my recovery is… isn’t bad but i’ve been a lot sorer lately. i’m thinking the protein shake withdrawal and no creatine is why?

    Lift first, cardio second. If you really must, light cardio to warmup but not anything intense before strength training

    Got shoulder pain while doing incline dumbbell press, still feel it 4 days later Might’ve f***ed something up

    I dealt with this years ago and fixed it by improving my shoulder mobility.

    I’d do shoulder dislocations with a thin PVC pipe & also stand with your back pressed against a wall, and lift your arms above your head keeping them pressed against the wall at the same time

    That is if it isn’t anything more serious

    just did the shoulder thing against the wall and my chest popped is that something to worry about nothing is hurting me

    Chest popped? Usually you may have some clicking in your shoulders but it shouldn’t “pop” your chest

    i dont have clicking in my shoulder but i did do back today so maybe my back is sore from todays workout but when i stretch sometimes my chest does pop

    Probably just a flexibility issue tbh, i wouldn’t worry too much about it if it isn’t super painful

    i dislocated my shoulder back in 2010 maybe that is it
