when doing heavy ?
Yeah ive always done 3 working sets of 6 reps for my DL and added weight with progressive overload. Im usually pretty gassed by my last rep anyways. What’re the benefits to doing more sets/reps?

well you feel like megadeath its not the normal death you feel but more WORSE lol just more tired exhausted from over pushing but i am use to do doing 3x6 on 4 plate dead lift
can someone explain to me why if you google fasting it'll say all the benefits but if you google skipping dinner it'll tell you how bad it is for you

for a long time already if you want to lift a lot more weight you gotta eat a lot more man, are you stuck at 2 plates and wanna lift more or do you lift 3 plates or more?

seems like a good guy, he's quite the opposite to zyzz in terms of personality. he seems pretty chill and his vlogs are simple and to the point. I think it's nice to see considering most people on youtube fitness behave like clowns to stay relevant. he just trains and gets on with life.
we all know he's enhanced but he doesn't touch on it in his vids so that's certainly piqued my interest. his car talks are fascinating, it seems a lot of his subs have this close parasocial relationship with him. i guess since he's so consistent it has also become a routine fo them to check in with him daily.
