back in the gym this week after 2 months.. feels good. already sleeping better
slowly easing into it so i can make it a habit again. just 3 days a week right now with 30 min sessions: running push legs pull. Was going 5-6 days months ago but got burnt out.
i made so much progress from february-august but i feel like i lost a lot of momentum and strength/muscle gains for taking 2 months off😭😭
