    hate when ppl are using machines and there on there phones and they see you standing there to wait to use it

    seen the gym crush on Thursday and lol i seen her bf and i am like ''wtf no way i am better then that guy, the guy was some skinny looking guy with no size pause while her she got an ass that can swallow up a g string tities though are ok size and that just pissed me off how he has that my gym crush and i cant even get a match on these garbage dating apps lol kills me so i used that energy and got a crazy pump from it

    Nah I’m 190 rn, heaviest I’ve ever been. Cutting to 160. All the numbers earlier are across last 2 years

    iam 177 now by summer i am going to try an get to 170 an see i am only 5'7 though

    back in the gym this week after 2 months.. feels good. already sleeping better

    slowly easing into it so i can make it a habit again. just 3 days a week right now with 30 min sessions: running push legs pull. Was going 5-6 days months ago but got burnt out.

    i made so much progress from february-august but i feel like i lost a lot of momentum and strength/muscle gains for taking 2 months off😭😭

    what supplements you guys take ?

    i take muti vitamin, d,c, omega 3 fish oil zinc and magnesium b2 before bed

    Preworkout and viagra 1hr before gym
    Vitamin d, c, zinc, b2 in the morning
    Biotin, fish oil at night

    I wanted to know your experience level cause you if you been working out that long then you can do an advanced 12 week program and hit your goal by February
